INTRODUCING...

In 2025, NZIB announced its partnership with Sporty (Sportsground Ltd), initially for the purpose of implementing a National Member Register (in accordance with the Incorporated Societies Act) and to upgrade our website.

With both of these initiatives now in play, NZIB are pleased to extend our Sporty arrangement to the Districts so that you too can benefit from this exciting platform.

What Do We Get?

Each District now has access to a comprehensive solution for online member registrations and renewals, club member management, tournament entries and team nominations via Sporty.

All Districts can look forward to accessing the following FREE services:

  • The free version of a Sporty website
  • The free version of a Sporty mobile app
  • Registration, entry and nomination forms
  • Member management system
  • eNewsletters
  • KAMAR integration for schools
  • Online payment integration (Stripe, POLi)
  • Xero / MYOB accounting integration

The services shown in Itallics are the essential modules that each District must engage with for NZIB membership, tournament entries and representative nominations. All other modules are part of the District package and can be utilised at the Districts discretion.

Additionally, clubs will have the option to access additional services at their own expense. These services include:

  • Website upgrade
  • Custom mobile app listed in App Store/ Google Play under club’s name
  • Digital ID cards
  • Graphic Design services

Existing Sporty users will now have access to Online Registrations and SuperCRM from their Dashboard.

User Permissions

NZIB does not have access to the District level. Your data and access is private between each District and Sporty. Districts need to liaise with Sporty to gain access and for maintenance and help with District level data.

It is up to the Districts to establish who has what access to their Sporty account, baring in mind the Privacy Act and your Constitution. Different people can have different access rights i.e. Sue may be a super user with access to all areas and data, whereas Bob may only have WebMaster access to enable him to maintain your website.
