All Districts are advised that the NZ Indoor Bowls Annual General Meeting will be held at the Rydges Hotel, Wellington Airport, Wellington on Saturday 4th December 2021.>
Member Districts are each entitled to be represented by two delegates. All costs associated with attending are the responsibility of the district.
IT IS HOPED THAT ALL DISTRICTS WILL BE REPRESENTED AT THE MEETING.
NZIB will pay the morning tea/lunch charges for one delegate only.
Please contact me if you wish the National Office to book your delegate/s airfares which would then be invoiced accordingly.
Please note that all delegates attending must be registered prior to the meeting.
The agenda with other appropriate papers will be sent out later.
