The video below demonstrates the Sporty TeamBuilder process in action. It does not have commentry so it's best watched alongside reading the process document.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
How do I access Sporty? Click here and then select your District on the left-hand side of the page. This will open up your free Sporty website. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the ‘Admin Login’ link. If that doesn't work, please email office@nzindoorbowls.co.nz
What is TeamBuilder? TeamBuilder by Sporty enables Clubs and Districts to easily create teams for competitions, and manage the people within these teams. It allows you to visually allocate players, coaches, and managers to teams based on grades/categories/divisions, and helps streamline the process of entering and organising participants for competitions.
Who is Responsible for District Online Entries? NZIB, in agreement with the Districts, are rolling out online entries in 2026 at the District level. This decision was made as the Districts felt that a move online would be too great for many of our clubs. This means that the bulk of the entry process will remain with the District Secretary until such time as our Clubs are able to conduct this process themselves. If the Clubs were to complete the online entry process themselves, the District Secretary would simply have to review the entries and verify that the players are affiliation

1-on-1 Assistance For Secretaries that know they will require assistance with their entries (perhaps you’re unwell, have limited access to technology or are not as technically savvy as others etc) schedule a time to do this together by phone or a Teams call. For Secretaries who would like to schedule a quick online meeting to enter a few entries together (just so you know your on the right track before entering them all) schedule a time to do this together.

As Tracy's time is limited, we ask that you at least attempt to input a couple of entries first, before scheduling a meeting. We also recommend that you commence inputting your club entries as you receive them as this will give you more time to tackle any obstacles well in advance of the deadline.
